1. Search Engine Optimization(SEO)

Function Description: This is the most important function for a business website. Simply speaking, with a well designed SEO infrastructure, website could found by customer in a very highly chance. Meanwhile, website will be listed on the search engine as top as possible, customer will always try to click the website which listed on the top of search engine first.

2. Customer Management Module

Function Description: Personal Information Management (PIM), which controls client registration, login/logoff, forget password alert, personal information retrieve/modification, history order form index, personal collection index, administrator management (including customer information index, delete, view…).
    

3. Product Assort (PA) Module

Function Description: This module provides function to sort of products in back-end. It allows administrator to add, remove, modify, product information in database and allows administrator to set product display sequence on the website.

4. Product Management (PM) Module

Function Description:
A. Front-End Function: This function allows customer to use key words to search specific product(Dim Search), remark on specific product, list related product, list detail properties of product, add to favorite or purchase directly from the store, zoom in/zoom out product picture.
B. Back-End Function: By using this module, administrator could publish new product information in database which including product name, product picture, price, product description, Tag label. Meanwhile, this module supports administrator to modify, delete, search, display/hide product information directly from database.

5. Shopping Car Management(SCM) Module

Function Description: This module could calculate the total price when customer choosing multiple products into the shopping car. Customer could modify, delete, add, empty the virtual shopping car when needed. Meanwhile SCM will automatically provide bill after payment.

6. Order form Management Module

Function Description:
A. Front-End Function: This module provides solution for user to retrieve and search the history order information and track new order status.
B. Back-End Function: Administrator could list/review customer’s payment detail information. Meanwhile, administrator could manually change the payment status if needed. When payment status is manually changed, this module will cooperate with E-mail system to send out E-mail to customer automatically.

7. Special Collection Module

Function Description:
A. Front-End Function: This module will display the new collections at the top of the homepage. Customer could view the detail information about the new collections.
B. Back-End Function: Administrator could set the Collection's information directly in the database which including pictures, word description, hyperlink.

8. Gift /Gift Card Management Module

Function Description: Gift Module will cooperate with gift card module. Administrator could add/remove, rename, sort, gift in the database. Meanwhile, administrator could edit the detail information about the gift(e.g. gift name, required consumer level, required credit points...). With gift card module, Customer could buy virtual gift card(online & offline) to friend, by using this virtual gift card, anybody could charge money into his/her account and buy product on the website.

9. Customer Credit Standing(CCS) Management Module

Function Description: Customer will award credit point after each purchasing. The more money customer paid the more credit points they will get. With enough credit points, customer will be promoted to higher level rank and gain more discount when each purchasing. All the CCS information is stored in the special database, customer could view his/her detail credit information directly from the website.  
 
10.  Online & offline product list/internal search engine

Function Description: By using online product list, customer could view the overall product list on the website, or customer could download the product list which record the very detail information about each product(e.g. normal description, picture, discount information...) for offline use. Internal search engine is a powerful engine which could sort produce into very detail dimension. For example, customer could use search engine to sort product with parameter "ring", "price", "color" at same time. search engine provide more than 10 kinds of customer search which customer could get great benefit and locate the favorite product very directly and efficiently.
Note. Internal search engine is designed in the database, it runs automatically for each registered or unregistered customer.

11.  Online Help Module

Function Description: When customer logons into website, customer could see online help window pops up, customer could choose MSN, OICQ, SKYPE to talk with online sales directly. This is very important module for business website, almost 85% customers will first contact us by using Online help. Meanwhile, Online help will record all the messages sales talk with customers into the database for backup use and will provide survey function to customer which helps us better to understand/monitor the service level of our online sales.
